Elgrund 5 Received as a birthday present from my wife (150cm, 50kg version).Arrived quickly through Amazon Prime (Sagawa delivery man was unable to lift it himself so I pulled it off the truck and set it up inside).We installed an anchor in our ceiling when we built our house a couple of years ago, so minimal issues hanging it up.The chain and carabiner are steel, standard strength and very durable.The stitching on the stress points is reinforced and shows no signs of wear despite over 30mins of daily training.150cm recommended for anyone who practices a martial art with low kicks as this will allow low kick practice in addition to face and body strikes.I am over 180cm tall and by hanging the bag to be above eye-level, I have no issues practicing strikes and kicks aimed at the critical points of an opponent larger than myself.It has been nearly two months since purchase, and there has been minimal settlement of the filler material even with daily use.The cover of the bag has an element of “stick” to it, which is great for intermediate/advanced practitioners, but may not be ideal for beginners.Overall, I highly recommend this bag for martial artists who have the space to hang it. No cons from my perspective.
